Hello - please can the time before voicemail kicks in on my landline  be extended. It only rings for a few seconds and half the time we don't get to the phone in time.

Thank you for joining me in a private chat and clearing security, I have now requested this for you, please give it up to 72 hours then test call to see if extended, this doesn't always work, if not we can remove Voicemail altogether so it will ring until answered.
