Exposed landline wires

Brown landline junction box has been damaged.  Exposing wires.

Sorry you're having an issue with the junction box being damaged. 

Can you confirm if you're a customer or you're not but it's on your property?

Thanks for getting back to us 1949Di,

 

I've emailed the are manager to see if this can be sorted, I can't guarantee whether someone will be able to attend at the moment however.

 

Due to the current situation any non- essential work is on hold, as this isn't service affecting, it would fall under this category.

Thanks for getting back to me.  I do think it is important because I live in a block of flats and the junction box is on the communal garden side of the block where children and dogs cavort.  

I think safety is the key word here rather than service.  Ideally, it should be removed totally.
