Existing customer want to move back to Talk More Anytime
When I log in to upgrade my phone package - I don't see the option to go to Talk More Anytime - I'm currently on Talk Weekends (after being on Talk More Anytime) and was put on that when getting a discount applied - I didn't notice the change until the bill for £50 of calls came through the following month.
This should have been called out by the person on the phone at the time of change - and I should be able to switch back. But I can't - and now there's no way to contact anyone!
Anyone else in the same boat ? Is there a way someone at Virgin Media can PM me and look into this from home?
