Everyone on the street get virgin media but me

I moved into my house about a year ago (the house is relatively new) and I can’t get virgin media yet everyone else on my street can. I am really interested in getting virgin media yet I can’t and I fear that it is because I don’t get virgin’s cabling through my house. What do I do?
