Error on my current bill--overcharged on telephone bill

I switched from free calls all the time to only on weekends when I changed my contract in February of this year. The first month I forgot and made ONE call during the week and by the hefty amount added to my monthly bill for that mistake I have been very careful to only use my home phone on Saturday or Sunday. My current bill listed several calls I never made. The largest single charge was for an alleged call to Prestwick which wasn't even a Prestwick number. I would like to speak to a human being rather than a pathetic 'bot' which is a waste of time. HELP PLEASE

Sorry to hear this has happened

Its an easy fix which I am happy to get started 

We just need t pass security by Private Message 

Arrange for an engineer to check the Cabinet for a crossed line 

Check Engineers report and credit the charged back

If you can check the purple envelope top right of your screen that would be great
