This morning my parents and my own landlines both stopped working. I managed to contact Virgin Media who sorted out my landline and it is working fine now. However, they could not sort out my parents landline. They told me that an engineer will call to visit them to sort it out on the 6 Novermber. They said that they would send an email with confirmation time. They have not had the email. That means that they have no idea when to expect the engineer visit. Please can you help by telling me how I can find out these details to pass the info on to my parents? Thank you?

Thanks for the info. It did not really help as I don't have a mobile phone or apps. I did sort it out though. I phoned them from my phone at home to get the appointment time.

Hi - thanks for the info. I do realise that I can get info by logging in to my account. However, this was their account and I could not log into it as I don't have their passwords and so on.

Hi - thanks for the info. They do not use a computer anymore. They are 90 years old.
