Engineer

I had an engineer out 13 days ago to fix the tv but ever since then I have had no phone line

I am very sorry to hear your phone line has not worked since the visit, we would be happy to help get this resolved. 

 

Before we run some checks, can you please confirm that the cables leading in to the equipment and main socket are secure and without any damage?

Also, do you have a dial tone at all?

So what’s happening now then as I have been without the phone now since after the engineer had been out to fix the WiFi on 26 April
