My Account number is [removed]. Had a 8-12 slot and no show by engineer. I was in and near door so didn’t miss him. Was going to book another but wasting another half a working day is a problem. The inability to access a thing remotely like a human being is impossible with your inadequate system. I await your quick response but any further failure to attend I will immediately close the account

The issue was very crackly phone line so bad Ican’t understand callers. This is a church house so I need to be able to take calls. I had my diocesan tech guy take a look he said it was a virgin equipment problem and he phoned on my behalf (I was present and heard him take a booking for today 8-noon ) I stayed in apart from 9.55 -10.25 but had someone in the house to cover. No engineer showed. This account is in former Parish Priests name which is Standard for us but if we can’t receive calls he’d be instructed by Diocese to cancel as payment is from parish funds

Yes. Issue ongoing. Regarding Data Protection I don’t see a problem. Have a look at the account with my permission.(I have Fr Mc Mahons old ntl.world email and thunder456 pass but he’s in another parish) and deal with me at email you’re currently using
