Engineer Visit Required

I received my quick start today for broadband. New house so I don't know the history but there is a telewest box. Connected everything up, green flashing power light and WiFi signal. 

So I called virgin, after 50 mins waiting my service was apparently activated by the person on the other end, I reset router and waited half an HR as instructed. Still green flashing light.

I reset again, waited again and still nothing.

Help! I think I might need an engineer
