Hi re constant engaged tone on phone. My aunt is 96 and lives alone. Her phone giving a constant engaged tone when picking up to make calls. Her incoming calls are OK. Please advise.

Thank you for reaching out to us in our community please can you keep to one post per issue, sorry to hear your aunt's phone is making an engaged tone when making calls, does she have more than one handset, have you tried a different phone?
