Hello,
We recently had our phone and broadband installed on 20th Jan 2021, at order placement we requested an emergency back up line but the installation agent was not aware of the request.
He said that he tried to call his manager but could not get through and that he would request this job to be booked in.
We haven't heard anything yet, can someone from Virgin advise us if there is a job booked and if not can it be?
We would rather not be put in a position where we need to cancel our contract within the cooling off period.
