L I recieved a letter saying that my emergency back up phone line will stop working on 31st March 2022.

So I called up in march and was told there were no appointments for engineers till May and i would be contacted with a date. No one has contacted me since.

Please can you tell me if I have an appointment for the update booked in? And if not please could you book in an engineer?

I'm very disappointed that you haven't sent an Engineer to deal with this yet. 

I really need this emergency back up line due to my disabilities.

We can understand your concern and we want to best help. I have had a look at our systems and I can see our team tried to reach you via outbound call regarding this issue. Just to clarify is your EBUL currently inactive as we speak? Have you also had any correspondence via email?

I assume its not working as its not been upgraded.
