L I recieved a letter saying that my emergency back up phone line will stop working on 31st March 2022.
So I called up in march and was told there were no appointments for engineers till May and i would be contacted with a date. No one has contacted me since.
Please can you tell me if I have an appointment for the update booked in? And if not please could you book in an engineer?
I'm very disappointed that you haven't sent an Engineer to deal with this yet.
I really need this emergency back up line due to my disabilities.
