Elderly parents

My elderly parents are registered with TPS however I am concerned that they are still getting phone calls from companies offering them unwanted services.  They are easily confused and have been caught out in the past.  What measures can we put in place? Do Virgin offer a service to prevent unsolicited phone calls?

Re: Elderly parents

there is nothing you can do. Most scam/cold callers do not follow the rules

BEWARE OF SCAMMERS SAYING THEY WORK FOR VM. Do not give any personal or account information over unless the person has the VM Logo next to their username.

Re: Elderly parents

I know when I've called some people you have to announce who you are before you're put through. Do Virgin offer this service?

Re: Elderly parents

they are normally devices local to you. Some phones do this but it will be something the customer would have to supply.
