Hi I'm trying to help my elderly neighbour who, after a repair to her line, can no longer use 1471. She has tried reporting this via 150 but to no avail. Is there anything can be done to help. She relied a lot on this service as she is hard of hearing.

Please can you ask your neighbour to check the feature now? The 1471 feature had been removed in error during the technician visit and should be back on and working correctly as of a few minutes ago, when the feature was re-added back onto the network.
