Elderly mother cannot make or receive calls, noticed approx 3 days ago, very frustrating trying to report it as can only get as far as automated service so unable to speak to a real person to explain the issue/fault in detail. She needs her landline for doctors/hospital and in emergencies, No fault with actual phone as we tried another and that has same issue, absolutely no dial tone whatsoever, if not fixed soon she wants to leave Virgin altogether!

From using the online service no issues have been reported in the area. My mother only has the landline, she has no other services i.e. broadband or tv box from Virgin. I am having to use my own phone to try contact the Virgin team but it is proving fruitless
