My 85 year old mother had her phone switched off last week. Her hairdresser kindly rang and got it reconnected but she now needs to upgrade. She does not recall any letter and has not been sent an adapter. She will not be able to fit it herself anyway. How do I organise someone from Virgin to go to her house and sort out the upgrade?
