I have an elderly mum with dementia .

An engineer is booked to visit her between the hours of 1pm and 6pm on Saturday 2nd April .

I find this unacceptable as someone has to sit with her for 5 hours ! 
Any advice please as to minimise the waiting time .

her landline phone is to change to fibre optic

We would ask that all queries are kept to one post so that we can ensure you get support as quickly as possible. 

With regards to your query on here, we wouldn't be able to give any shorter time frame than that. 

All engineer slots are between 2 times.
