My grandparents landline isn't working. Calls are not going out or being received. I don't get a dial tone and when I call, it connects then immediately ends. I have tried unplugging the landline at several points but this has yielded nothing. This landline is their only form of communication and when I check the status in their area everything comes up as normal.
