Hi,
I am not a customer but my blind elderly grandmother (91) is and I have just received an email from her careline provider that there is something wrong with the line and they are unable to reach her.
She and thurrock council careline need this resolved as soon as possible as she is regular faller.
I couldnt find a support email address to send and am reaching out here.
I do have her details including customer number. You can contact me via this new forum accounts email address for private information. You can also contact me via that email address so that I can be in attendance for the engineer.
