Ive just moved over from BT and still have an active line. I did request my number to be ported, but is it possible to check if this was all done correctly? as when i check my VM account i have a new phone number.

Can you confirm if you call the number it's still active?
How is the phone connected? Via a wall socket or hub?

Yeah, right now it is still plugged into the by wall socket and if I call my old number that I want ported, the phone still rings.
