Hi, I'm in a very vulnerable situation and need my landline fixed or replaced as it's not working. I can get online but cannot ring them now. Is there any way I can contact someone in Virgin online asap as I am reliant on my landline phone and desperately need to get this sorted straight away! Please help, I've been with them 13 years!

There's no dialling tone on my landline, I'm supposed to be switching over to the fibre network on 21st as per this email:
We recently told you that on 21st November 2023, your home phone service will switch to our fibre network. This means it’ll run through the Virgin Media Hub.
But I need my landline until then and I cannot be cut off like this, as I'm seriously ill and I was mugged on Feriday and I need access to my phone for doctor's and support! Please send an engineer or have someone look into why there's no dial tone as I am in severe difficulty due to you now!
