How do I complain to senior management at Virgin? Twice now I've been promised a call back by a manager but they've never materialised.
My broadband is a joke and Virgin happily take my money but offer no support to fix my issue.
My contact is up for renewal in January and I'll be happy leaving to go elsewhere.
I'm really sorry to hear that you're having some issues with the broadband and you've not had a call back as promised. It's certainly not the level of service we aim to provide.
