Package changes aren't something we're able to do via the forum I'm afraid.

If you did wish to cancel your services we would need a minimum 30 days notice from you, this again would require you to either call or text us.
Cancelling the direct debit and not notifying us of cancellation would not result in a disconnection being booked, and may affect your credit rating.
