Hi, VM installed on the 27.10.22 after confirming my BT number would be ported across , this did not happen, engineer called on the 1.11.22 who called VM and got conformation the number would be ported across on the 5.11.22 now the 8.11.22 the BT number still has not been ported .
I call the BT number from my mobile it just rings out , I call my mobile from the landline and the correct number is displayed , I have tried the 164 & 165 this did not work
Any suggestions would be much appreciated
