Does anyone know why our Landline, isn't accepting calls, but we can make calls.

we have just changed from Talktalk to Virgin, expecting great service, we haven't had a working landline on both sides since installation on the 13th, all my messages and calls are fruitless, even after being promised a dedicated account Manager.

We can make calls but not accept calls, anyone ringing us gets a message sorry it hasn't been possible to connect this call please try again later, we have done all the usual in house checks.

Im having the same issue - phone is plugged into the Hub 3. Residential
