I’m wanting to divert my landline but I’ve tried following the instructions and it’s not working. I think I might have to ask virgin to turn it on but during COVID they are only accepting emergency calls. If any one has any advice it would be appreciate.
Thanks for your post and reaching out to the community forums. This does sound like call divert is not part of your package, you can confirm if it is by logging into your online account. If it is not then we can get it added for you however there will be a charge for this service which is £2.25 monthly.
You can call in on 150 from a Virgin landline or 0345 454 1111 option 1 from any other line. We also have a messaging team who you can text your query to for free on 07533 051 809 ^ between 7am and 11pm Monday to Friday, 8am and 8pm Saturday to Sunday and a member of our team will be happy to help RoSav82.
