Divert on Busy

Hi,

Does anyone know how to set up divert on busy ? 

I have spent ages on hold with virgin to find out.

If you're referring to call divert on a Virgin Media landline, you will need to call to activate it.  You can find all the information you need here on page 10.

Hi Lee,

I have activated it.

All calls to divert works - which is #21#

But i want to divert when engaged/busy. Do you know how i do this ? Ive tried #70# #61# and others and they do not work.

I am really sorry the link did not help you achieve what you were wanting to do.  Could you please try the below instructions?  These should get you the resolution you require.

 

Call Divert on busy/engaged

 

SET DIVERSION ON BUSY: *76 [telephone answering number] #
CHECK DIVERSION ON BUSY: *#76
CANCEL DIVERSION ON BUSY: #76
