Hi, my elderly parents landline is not working, Phone service was disconnected on 4/4/23. I've spent over 4 hours on the phone to VM trying to resolve this, keep getting told different reasons. Parents received an adapter, which I connected to the hub (Superhub 2), still no dial tone. I've been told today on my 5th call that the Hub 2 isn't compatible. Why were they sent an adapter when Virgin knew which hub they have and that it wouldn't work? They are in their nineties, very vulnerable and are paying for a service they don't have.
