Currently have anytime calls and 125mb internet.
I was due to be disconnected on the 27th of June at midnight.
I called up on the 26th June saying I had not had time to look for new services and no longer wanted to disconnect. The agent offered to push the disconnection date to which I accepted.
He also offered various deals which were not what I was after and I asked him to go ahead with the extension. Turns out he didn't go ahead with the extension and my services have been disconnected. A phone number I had for over 20 years is now lost and my father who has a disability will no longer get his hospital calls!
I tried calling up and they basically said the notes are not on the system. Can someone please help?

I am very sorry to hear the account was disconnected earlier than expected.
Did the team over the phone today advise on any next steps such as requesting a reconnection of the account?
If so, to set expectations this can take up to 72 hours.
