Disconnected service for Janet please call her on [REMOVED]
Hello Please call Janet on [REMOVED] as you disconnected her phone and broad. She is your customer through my ACN shop and she got it on promotion. The direct debit was set up when she took the service out .But after the promotion are you not going to use the direct debit information she gave when setting up her account with you. Please correct this as it is distressing for the customer and I am not allowed to call on behalf of the customer.
