Help required - 87 yr old relative has had Virgin line disconnected due to error on Sky/Virgin takeover of line. I am trying to speak to someone to sort this out but been in an on line chat for 4 hours?? I

I have managed speak to an agent after 4 hours of being in an online queue! I actually phoned the sales phone number 😀
