Disconnect service

I have unsuccessfully tried to contact you to have my mum's landline disconnected as she has passed away. As I'm not the customer I've had to join this forum just to try and get this solved. Absolutely ridiculous you have to jump through hoops to get a response. The only option I was offered was transferring account to another person.... I will never use this company.. customer service is rubbish
