My mum's VM Direct Debit has been cancelled in error due to being targetted by scammers!!
My 79 year old mother is not too savvy and has memory problems (hence being a target for the scumbag scammers), I am currently dealing with a list of suspect payments on her behalf as are her bank (HSBC). Unfortunately in their efforts to cancel several suspect payments from her account they for some unknown reason cancelled her Virgin Media payments.
Is there any way I can get this reinstated for her to avoid her telephone being cut off?
