Digital phone switchover

November 21st. Just been switched over to VM's digital phone line via the router. My home phone has various numbers stored within it working with built-in Caller ID, so if a number was stored on the home phone it would display on an incoming call. Now, all I get with incoming calls is a 'Withheld' message. How do I get my stored numbers to appear on the phone display?

In order to look into this for you further, we'll send you a private message on here. Look out for the envelope in the top right-hand corner.

If you're on a portable device with a smaller screen, click on the icon in the top right-hand corner and select "messages" from the additional menu options.
