Hi,
Customer service phone line is "busier than usual" (when isn't it?) so hopefully I'll get a quicker answer here 😉
I have phone and broadband package, I also have an additional phone line with its own number. The main phone line comes into the first floor and is distributed around the house from there. This sits next to the router so no problem there (I hope). The second phone line comes into an annex of the house and has nothing to do with the main line.
1) Am I correct in assuming that I will need a second hub (for phone only, no broadband) on the second line?
2) If I need a second hub, how do I go about arranging this and booking a technician to fit it?
