I'm still using a superhub 2, which isn't compatible for the new digital phone adapter. I've been trying all week to get through to arrange an engineer visit without success. The cut off date is tomorrow. Is ther anyway to contact virgin without waiting nearly an hour or when I get through, get cut off?

Sorry to hear you are having an issue with your switchover.
I'd like to take a look into this for you and arrange for a new hub to be set up. It will more than likely be a technicians visit.
Saying that, you should also receive a new hub through a courier. I can check that for you.
If you don't mind, I will need to send you a private message to pass security.
If you can check the Logo top right of your screen that would be great.
