Digital Switchover

My digital phone switchover was yesterday. Everything connected as instructed, but no dial tone on the home phone. Have rebooted my Hub 3 several times both yesterday and today but without success. Grateful for any help - thanks.

I am sorry to hear you're having some issues with your landline following switchover. 

Can you confirm you have received and plugged in the adaptor correctly?

The first thing to try is to simply plug the phone back into the standard wall socket. If it works then the switch over hasn’t happened yet, there’s been some delay or things are taking longer than expected? It happens as per some other posts on here.

If the wall socket doesn’t work, then the next step is to log into the Hub’s web interface and see if the ‘Telephony’ option is enabled. If not, then you will need to contact VM to get it activated.
