Dial tone beeping

Hi. 

The dial tone has changed to beeping instead of the normal constant tone. The 1571 button is also flashing, but there are no new messages or saved messages. 

Any ideas how to stop this? Is it part of the ongoing issue?

I'm sorry to hear you're experiencing issues with your Landline service. If you're not aware of any new messages, can you please try dialling 1571 and then selecting Option 3? This should force a refresh on the service and resolve the issue with the tone change and button flashing.
