We have 2 saved messages and i keep trying to delete them but it will not let me , just sends me back to main menu.

We are trying to delete saved voicemail messages on landline,
Everytime we hear press 1 to delete and press 1 it just takes us back to the main menu.

Can you confirm if you other options on the voicemail are working?

Not had this issue before and everything else with voicemail seems to be ok.
