Delayed installation

I am so stressed! Have just received notification from Virgin that their planned installation for tomorrow morning is to be delayed until September. My current provider is ending their service tomorrow as advised by Virgin they are to be my new provider. What can I do? Am I going to be without phone, broadband etc for over two weeks? Can't get through to Virgin by phone or on live chat. Feeling desperate!
