I have been trying to make a contact with one of your customer service but they always transfer to other and i would not be able to fix my issue about my packages. So what is the quickest way to get in contact with one of your members?

Please bear in mind at this time this service does also have a high load and may take quite some time getting back to you. You can also call in on 150 or 0345 454 1111 best times to call are first thing in the morning, use the option "Thinking of leaving", but again wait times my be long.
Yeah thats what i have been trying to do for past three months. Sometimes my payment has been raised monthly on direct debit sometimes the packages. Don’t know why its being so hard for me yo deal with this problem
