I came home yesterday afternoon (12/4) to discover my landline was completely dead.
This morning I’ve unplugged our normal answerphone and plugged directly into the main socket a no-frills 'BT Duet 210 v2', which also gets no dial tone.
Your service status page says it ‘can’t see any issues’ - I then start going round in circles on you help pages.
When I dial it from a mobile phone I get an engaged tone.

Thank you for checking the phone in the master socket already 😊 I've had a look at things from our side, and it does look like a technician is needed.
