Dead landline in Bournemouth

Anyone else having problems with their landline in the BH area? 

We lost out landline (BB / TV OK) a week ago, and keep on getting told it's an area wide problem, and the fix date was 14th, then 16th, then 18th, then 21st, now 24th.

How many VM customers have lost their phone line in the BH postcode??
