My landline is as dead as a door nail, have been through checking phones properly plugged in etc.,
Phone from my mobile but gave up after waiting 20 minutes without a response.
Looking at the forum seems I shouldn't hold my breath while trying a) to contact Virgin or b) getting my phone repaired any time soon.
That landline doesn't sound good FJ1 and sorry it's led you to create a post on here.
Can you confirm whether there is any dial tone and if you have an extra wall socket, is it the same in all wall sockets? Have you also tried a different phone plugged in?
