Since June 2nd My home phone has been as dead as the Monty Python Parrot
No Dial tone therefore
No outgoing call and No incoming calls
numerous attempts to call Virgin resulted in a lot of my time wasted I have run numerous tests which tell me there is something wrong
I have used the message app to contact some one at Virgin and the 0333 number last person was called Liam Who said I will transfer you to the technical team, my heart sank because I don’t think they are Narnia and don’t exist I have wasted half my lock time time waiting for them to respond
All I want is. Technician to visit my property and fix the fault that Virgin and I agree I have is that too hard ?.
And I still paying line rental for a phone I can’t use
