Dead Home Phone

Since June 2nd  My home phone has been as dead as the Monty Python Parrot

No Dial tone therefore 

No outgoing call and No incoming calls 

numerous attempts to call Virgin resulted in a lot of my time wasted I have run numerous tests which tell me there is something wrong 

I have used the message app to contact some one at Virgin and the 0333 number last person was called Liam Who said I will transfer you to the technical team, my heart sank because I don’t think they are Narnia and don’t exist I have wasted half my lock time time waiting for them to respond

All I want is. Technician to visit my property and fix the fault that Virgin and I agree I have is that too hard ?.

And I still paying line rental for a phone I can’t use 

come back GPO all is forgiven

Hangt on here and somebody should help you out, I can't promise it will be quick response but seems like you have waited this long.

Also  sure they will sort credit for the downtime.

10 year's managing 9 Virgin Media accounts, and things never got any better, closed last 4 accounts since January 2021 :L

Nice if somebody from Virgin could reply and answer

1.why after numerous attempts having spoken to at least 3 agents taking up to 6hours in total has an appointment for a tech to visit my location and fix this problem NOT been made

2. why has no body apologised for this delay in getting this problem resolved and finally 

3.why has no one from Virgin said sorry you have had issues we will offer you a rebate for having to pay for a land line you cannot use since at June 2nd

Really sorry for the delay in getting back to you on here 

Fear not though we will get this sorted 

I have just booked an engineer to come out on the first available appointment possible 

You can check this on your online account  and change if its not convenient
