Re: Deactivate voicemail

Good morning

There are two ways to turn off voicemail, depending on the way your voicemail is set up.

To stop directing calls received to voicemail when you're on a call already, pick up the phone and press #72 followed by the Call button. Allow 30 seconds to pass, then hang up.

Or, stop directing all unanswered calls to voicemail by dialling #75 followed by the Call button. Allow 30 seconds to pass, then hang up.

Jamie

If you know someone who would like to signup with VirginMedia i can help set that up and save you both £50! PM me if you do and start saving!

Re: Deactivate voicemail

No. It's a continuous tone, doesn't matter if I wait 30 seconds or 2 minutes.
