i have tried to contact 150 twice to get the service removed and have even tried calling #75 but nothing has worked so far.
can you please deactivate the voice mail on my account?
I've asked now repeatedly, and so far no now has responded.
The majority of us use our own answer phone on our handsets base station .. the Virgin version should be an option not the default.
Please turn mine off as well.... please!!!
