I want to deactivate voicemail on my landline so I can use my own answerphone. I’ve called the dreaded 150 three times and when I eventually get through the people at the call centre don’t seem to know how to do this - they have to call their “technical dept” first. Eventually they say they have deactivated voicemail, but it never happens!! Any help would be appreciated.

I also want to deactivate voicemail on my landline so I can use my own answerphone. I called 150 last Thursday and after a very difficult conversation with your customer assistant, he eventually said that my voicemail would be deactivated within 24 hours. I am still waiting.
