I have tried 4 times to speak to someone to book an engineer as the VM cable that supplies the landline phone is damaged. We can't make or receive calls.
Each time I ring from my mobile I get to the "It's taking more time than usual to run our tests... ring back in 10 minutes for your results" I ring back and have to go through the whole process again!
How do I book an engineer please?

Yes it is. It's the cable from the cable box in the street that then goes to the brown box on the outside of the house.
