DEAD LANDLINE

I used my home phone on Monday morning,no problem..Came to use it on Monday afternoon,line dead..I checked equipment,no problem,and even reset router but still no joy..

Broadband and TV work fine,it's just the phone line that's problematic,I've made numerous futile attempts to get through to customer services,plus the fact that it's costing me a fair chunk in mobile costs..

Can anyone help me please? I really need to get my land line up and running again..

Hi Alan,

 

I have checked our end and cannot see any issues at all, have you tried a different handset, could you also unplug anything in the phone line other than a phone and try again.
